Transcripts

If you need your transcript sent to another school, please send the registrar an email to charlene.waller@bcsdk12.net with the following information:

  • The contact person’s complete email address

  • Your full name or school ID number

  • Your date of birth

  • The year you graduated

Driver License and Work Permit Forms

If you need a DDS form or work permit to pick up in person, please call the Registrar at 478-779-2529 to schedule  a pick-up time when your documents will be ready.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled meetings.
